Can't remember Cooper being so vocal when Leicester benefited from bad decisions on 16:36 - Nov 23 with 1485 views | FrimleyBlue | He's also wrong isn't he? The ref gave the 2nd pen but var wanted to check he was onside. If the lino flagged for offside and the ref blew for offside then the pen couldn't be given could it because effectively the game had stopped? ( just trying to remember that championsleague game that had a simular issue where lino flagged so goal didn't stand as ref blew for offside so the game had stopped etc.. I might be wrong on the game stopping bit... but the BT comms said the ref had blown for a pen not for offside.

At the very least, both officials allowed the game to go on so VAR could check.

Can't remember Cooper being so vocal when Leicester benefited from bad decisions on 16:44 - Nov 23 with 1422 views | TheBoyBlue | This is what I can't stand with managers generally. Always up in arms about any decision that goes against them, even if it is clearly a correct one. Then as soon as one goes their way, silence. I guess I understand it as it helps generate a siege mentality, "we're all in it together against these dastardly officials," etc. McKenna isn't immune to it, but is usually picks his battles sensibly and tends to be far more gracious and eloquent. Managers like Cooper - who I actually think is a really good manager - give the impression that they're entitled to referees giving decisions their way.

Yep. Which is not surprising considering the example they are set by managers.

I'm sure he'll soon be moaning about those as well.
