Its not as simple as you are making out. We either go more attacking and risk losing more heavily or we play with a solid defence and keep the game tighter.

Until our squad are all Premiership standard it will always be like this.

The balance wasn't quite right and we still gave up 3 big chances but it was a bit better and the best chance of picking up points - albeit a little too late for me.

We were one defended cross away from a point on the road at a team that’s second in the Premier League.

We were indeed pretty poor going forward but we were also up against one of the best sides in Europe.
