2024, best year of management career? Had a few good ones lately, they're all a privilege to be working in football. Chelsea a great day to finish the year. It feels like two different years, first half to second, but when have a win like that, nice reflection piece for everyone.

Resilience growing? I've seen it pretty consistently, knew setbacks were going to be more frequent this year. Last one was Newcastle, got away from us, were too good for us, but to follow up with Arsenal and Chelsea, a lot of clubs may have winced at, but response in those games really good, which we've seen over a long period of time.

Jaden Philogene a new year's wish? Focus on players here but are looking to improve squad in window. Forward line is area we want to add to, we wanted to add to in the summer, would have liked to have added one or two more pieces, then we've lost George Hirst for 11 or 12 mstches, put a lot of burden on Lian Delap, but want to add in various areas.

Interest in Liam a positive thing, a credit to Liam in terms of work he's done, improvements he's made. Credit to the group, feel welcomed and pushed to get better. No coincidence players come in and do better. There's going to be interest in Liam, would be strange if there wasn't. Not paying attention to it, neither is he. Plenty of things he can't do as well as he can do but improving all the time.

Christian will play on Sunday. Two very good senior keepers and one very good young one. Both different attribures and experiences and puts us in good position.

How's Aro reacted? Has been very good, was very good in build-up to Chelsea game and to Sunday.

Fulham, not one thing which has particularly impressed me, have done a lot well. Have built squad well having been down and back up, which puts you in good position. Have added to squad well. Marco's doing good job, well structured on and off the ball, good on set plays. Great challenge for us.

Chelsea took a bit of additional recover, sleep times weren't what they should have been afterwards! But Fulham game is a big one. Training has had to be quite light but given full focus.

Played well in Portman Road game against FFC. Would take the flow of that game again but not likely to be the case away. FFC have been quite adaptable in their recent games so will prepare for how we think they'll approach it but will focus on ourselves. Will have to be organised and compact but impose ourselves in possession and imposing ourselves on the game. Will have to be at top level as we always have to be, hopefully can turn tight game in our favour.

Are teams taking Town more respect after Spurs and Chelsea results? Think teams have shown us a lot of respect since start of season.

Woolfy and Walton coming in, everyone needed, no one on periphery. Everyone's important, not just on the pitch but day-to-day. Opportunities over the season are going to come. When people come into team, always a proud moment for us. Lots of examples of that. Good sign of healthy group.

Players coming in, have to fit the culture, players have to put the team first. If that's the case, individuals will stand out. People who work for the team will get opportunities and will standout. Conversation I have with players when they come in.

Learnt so much from first half of the season, would be difficult to narrow them down. League changes each year, this year, really, really hard to win a game, whether you're Ipswich or whoever. Learning about other teams, learning about the group. Spoken about a few of those things this week and trying to put them into action.

CHanges and tweaks to team every week, never exactly the same two games running. Two games against really good opponents, against Arsenal, the balance was changed on right-hand side, against Chelsea same as usual. Every game a game plan, never going to be in a position where we roll up with the same game plan every week.

By end of January have to look at squad size. Discussions re targets started some while ago, but clubs have own situations, players who might have been available aren't. Will try and do business early in window but need to be ready right through the month.

Praise for Broadhead, Phillips big role to play in second half of the season.

Got more things to concern himself with than Cunha ban.

Praise for Morsy as skipper. But doesn't want just one leader, leadership group which includes Samy. Excellent driving team on on pitch and around training ground. Take great pride in him.

Muric's injury and kicking, led teams to press higher? Don't know, played well in Aro's last game, two games ago won at Wolves. Been competitive in virtually all games this season. Games decided by narrow margins, Aro has been part of those teams and has been a part of that. But all players have things to improve. Christian came in and did well the other night.
