Anyone done it? 8 of us doing it saturday.
Meet up in Romford, train to London for the 12 o clock game then a night out wherever the first goal goes in of the 3pm games. Stipulations we’ve added:
1) No London teams. Just because it’ll be too similar to normal.
2) No Luton. Because it’s Luton.
3) FA Cup, League 1 and League 2 games only.
Personally hoping for one of Nottingham, Blackpool or Barnsley. Shame Newcastle aren’t playing as that would clearly be number 1 in my list of preferences |  |

Did this a few years ago, we met up in central London at a friends flat and gathered round Soccer Saturday to see where we'd be going. First goal of the day was Lincoln. Within 5 minutes we had trains and accommodation booked and by 15h50 we were on our way to Lincoln. Which was a very good night out. Funnily enough Blackpool was top of my preferences as well.
We had similar rules, the place had to be outside the M25 and we put a cap of £125 on the return train ticket (which at the time only ruled out Newcastle and Carlisle I think). Everything else was fair game. |  | | |

If we’re being honest, asides from Luton which we’ve ruled out completely, the worst outcome would be Barrow.

I think the only pool table around there will be in Skinners (road behind O'Neils). Somerstown Coffee House (its a pub) is a short walk to Euston and quieter. Then you've got the Rocket on Euston Road.
