PSR charges announced today - who gets what? 09:29 - Jan 14 with 1726 views | BlueDouglas | Apparently PSR charges being announced today, anyone got an inkling of who's getting charged / how much? I know very little of the rules but my gut says - a sprinkling of points deductions, nothing major.

If they’ve broke the rules that were set in place then so be it. Are the rules fair? I suspect not as we will be governed by new financial laws next season. My prediction for today, Leicester, Chelsea both to sanctioned. Would be a real bonus for us if Wolves got hit. Other teams could be Forest as you say and perhaps Man U. Man City case already been heard and we await the findings there. Will be an interesting few months, on and off the field. [Post edited 14 Jan 9:45]

Wolves probably made a profit last season with a couple of £50m+ sales.

The fact that we out muscled Wolves in signing O’Shea says they knew they were close and couldn’t spend above certain limits. Suspect they will be ok.

Leicester wage bill was over £60m in 23/24, really cannot see how they avoid an overspend. They would have a made a profit on transfer deals but doubt by enough to cover such a wage bill. Vardey alone received over £7m and it was a new contract so any overspend was wilful.

And that’s the point. The likes of Everton get a point or two here and there when the PL are sure it won’t affect their status in the league. Massive fine of 20p and a Curly Wurly and job done. Don’t do it again! Well, till next year anyway.

Least we know we can now overspend without consequence. Let’s now just buy what we need this month regardless of cost.
