I had a bit of trouble working out the syntax of your title!

First, I thought that you were looking for weather enthusiasts who were interested in going to Liverpool (but no hyphenated 'weather-heads')

Then I thought you were saying that some weather system from the south was travelling up towards Liverpool.

Finally I realised that the plural and compound noun 'heads-up' was missing its hyphen.

(true, if uninteresting and pointless, story)

Bollox. Although we’re hopefully pretty wind proof now after all the tests. Only 1 small tree down in the back garden, gutters still on, solar panels still up. Bring it on!

I thought some were claiming the weather in the US was minor winter and totally normal and theyd spent time in far colder conditions...I guess not eh ;)
