There's no time limit. 3 is about average for today's. The trick is narrowing it down quickly without running out of guesses (you get 6 in total). Sometimes the worst thing is to get 3 correct letters too quickly and have too many possibilities left. By selecting hard mode you are forced to use the correct ones once you have them.
The other things that can easily catch you out are repeated letters and the fact it is American spelling. Sometimes the words are a bit obscure too. | |
