Kicking this off after the Terry Butcher fishing thread. It’s a repeat to get the thread started. I thought it might be nice to have a place for people to post photos of memories that may be of interest to the forum. I can just about make out 'Flash Gordon,' which I remember going to see there, so it makes that picture 1980 (ish).

Oh well done… I can see that now …. BUT… (and I’m spending far too much time on this) is it in fact “FLESH Gordon” the 1973 sex comedy ? I read the cinema had a refurb in 1973 too which might be the reason for the photo. |  |

I meant to put these on here ages ago, but my Mum donated a lot of photos of Ipswich taken by my Great Grandfather to the Ipswich Society. He was headmaster of both Tower Ramparts and St Margaret Primary at diffenent times:
