I think if we'd gone 1-0 that day it was a different game. Not saying we'd have won, but I don't think it would have been the capitulation we saw. Once we went 1-0 down and then quickly 2-0 down our confidence evaporated and they smelt blood.
If City had gone 1-0 up early today then it would've been a different story.
That said, I wished we'd played like Orient did today. | |
