Who could have thought this time last year, that we'd be putting out a 'reserve' team with that attacking 3, behind Hirst, just 12 months later! (ie Hutchinson, Enciso & Broadhead are our preferred starters atm).

Not what I would have liked to have seen. We need to incorporate the newbies into the first team structure to get them up and running. Not going to happen if they are surrounded by second string players. Plus it looks like our midfield will be totally outnumbered by the Coventry midfield. |  |

The one hangover we have from the Evans era is that we treat cup matches like reserve matches, which would be fine but in most cases we’ve always seem to have lost the next league games after these encounters! |  |
