Great performance really under pressure, with lots of challenges as KM said and against a top PL side this season.
Real fight and togetherness.
We're not going down without a hell of a fight and like Townsend says this isn't anywhere near done yet.
Injuries a real blow but we're good when out backs are against the wall.
Players just need something now as a reward for all the hard work to kick us on and get us going. If we can play like that at Palace we've half a chance.

So was I funnily enough , but it was dampened by our latest injury news , boy do we need a stroke of luck some time soon , makes the task in hand so much more difficult, however we soldier on . |
And then I saw Phil’s injury story and felt really flat

I thought we looked more composed as a back line with the team that started last night than I can remember in recent games. So much more comfortable playing out from the back as well (albeit Morsy helped with that)
I'd imagine Woolfie and Townsend have given KM plenty of food for thought. |
Yes, that was a positive. At Palmer is such a welcome force of calm at the back.
I’m less optimistic than the OP though, as our inability to hurt a team (and a 3/4ers reserve team at that) was laid bare. We have to do better than that if we’re going to pick up enough points to stay up. |  |

hope so but has he actually been banned yet? You know what happened last time, it took 3 weeks to ban him for one league game by which time they'd accumulated 7 points |
He’s automatically banned for the next three games, just got to wait and see if they extend it. |  |

Our attacking issues are what they are but as a point of fact, Sels, Aina, Murillo, Hudson-Odoi, Elanga and Yates are all their usual starters in the league, which is more than half their team. Only Palmer and Tuanzebe are really the same status for us. |  |
