Anyone know how many more than usual we sold on Saturday? Seems everyone loves a sticker as the queues were all very long! Mark Ashton shiny next match?

There are ridiculously long queues every week anyway. Each vendor has to tally every programme sold after every sale.

Poll: What will be announced first?

Popped into the club shop at lunchtime to try and get one as the queues were too long on Saturday and they said they totally sold out and no more are available.

Frustratingly it's only one I've missed this season and have no interest in stickers.

queues looked about same as they were first game of the season, you just had to pick the right kiosk, abit like which turnstile, its amazing how people always seem to join the longest queues first.

cant have been more than 15-20 people queuing at two out the back of Sir Alf, which I dont recall seeing before but Ive not been looking for them so might not have noticed them before.

took maybe 10mins at most, because yes the seller had to tick a bit of paper for every programme sold, as well as tally the sticker too.

Stickers the obvious draw, the queue at the back of SBR might have moved quicker if the girl in the kiosk wasnt giving out 2 stickers to whoever she knew, weirdly from a different stack...maybe they were the LSD laced ones

Just checked the stats on eBay. There was a couple sold for over £30 each! Bonkers.

I saw one listing on Saturday evening which claimed to have over 70 in stock.

Nice little earner if you know the right people!

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.

I want to know what the people who spent that much are actually going to do with the sticker! They'll be livid if they have a young child and it ends up on a lunchbox!

I've actually sent off for all the ITFC stickers so I can stick them on a mount and make a nice framed memento given it's our first Prem season in 20+ years and the final season of Panini.

Out of interest (don't share if you don't want to ) but how much did that cost you because that is a great idea and one I'd like to try myself.

The kiosks can never get a decent signal for the machines and they don't take cash. It is very poorly arranged and from talking to one of the minions they are told to piggy back on the clubs wifi rather than use a 5G PDQ

The quickest way by far is to buy from Planet Blue.

I have a token for a free programme for every home game, so get very irritated by how long it takes. The British in me refuses to just go up to the vendor and give him the voucher and take a programme.

Fortunately, on Saturday, I was there early enough to avoid the queues.

Likewise. And it doesn't sound like the club will be publishing anymore. Lack of common sense from the club not to publish more - not for the first time either.

Not so sure about that. When, for every other game, you can get to the ground at half two and get a programme with loads to spare yet Saturday that wasn't possible...

I would suggest take up on your 'normal' match day for programs would be near the 25% mark if that, so around 7.5k. On this one I would reckon that would have been around 40% taking into account the interest plus a lot of people I saw were picking up 2+. So you are probably looking at a further 3-4k sold.

I would reckon give it a week or two and they will be some on ebay minus the sticker for give or take the cover price
