I can't see Delap staying, especially as there is a high demand for players in his position. Davis, Hutchinson and anyone else will depend on offers.
Humphreys, H Clarke, Baggott, Al Hamadi and Harness all come back in. It will be interesting how many of them are used and what happens to those that aren't. I wonder if Humphreys will be seen as a left back or a midfielder.
With Delap leaving, we could do with another striker and that has been a difficult gap to fill for more than 3 years now. Can we find a Premier squad youngster to loan with a view to having them again the following season in the Premier League possibly? Can we find a foreign player to develop who fancies the chance to potentially make it to the Premier League with us? Pick up a Pablo or Shefki type. Or a lower league player like Walters?
If Humphreys isn't considered a central midfielder for us, we could do with getting a younger CM in. Someone like Downes. I think Taylor then plays a bigger role or we look to get someone else instead of him.
Keep the likes of Chaplin, Szmodics, Hirst, Burns, and Ogbene fit and we could have a very exciting season; especially if we can get the best out of Philogene and J Clarke too. |  |

If you want an individual breakdown:
I think Humphreys is Championship ready but that might be another loan. If Wycombe are promoted that might be ideal.
H Clarke would do a job. I think he would leave if Sheff Utd want him or someone else makes a decent offer.
Baggott has a lot of potential for me but has had some injury concern. Maybe another loan but if those who know better don't see him as having the potential, I can see him leaving.
Al Hamadi would be fine as 3rd choice striker and if he left we would need to get one in. It depends a lot on who we could get. If Stoke like him and can afford him, I can see him leaving.
Harness is fine in the Championship but clearly not needed by us. I would imagine we would look to sell (which depends on finding a suitable buyer). Failure to do that and I would expect him out on loan. | |

I think we paid £20M didn't we? There is some clause with Man City that may affect how much we get. I guess you are talking £10M profit to us. Depending on the impact of the clause with Man City, I would expect more than that but we will see.
Why has his stock gone down? He has scored 12 Premier League goals and 2 in 2 matches since training with the full England squad and playing for the u21s. | |

I’m not sure Omari will go. He hasn’t been all that for large parts of the season and l wouldn’t say he is worth anymore than the 20 million we paid for him and we won’t sell unless we get a profit. We just aren’t that sort of club anymore. Leif hasn’t shone either, so unless a newly promoted club takes a chance on him l can’t see him going. And Greaves just hasn’t impressed at all. I can see the others staying. I am not sold on Delap going - he may stay another year to develop further under McKenna. Some players dont rush for an immediate big club where he will bench warm - that is exactly what happened to Wright when he went to Arsenal

I think any scout worth their salt will see Omari as a genuine PL player with bags of further potential. Could easily see a Palace type offering 30M+ for him. He has PL experience now and still has had some vey decent games and scored a few goals as well in a struggling side.
He lit up the championship the second half of last season, Rutter went to Brighton with a lot less PL games under his belt for 40M | | | |
