Losing 1 - 0 away to fecking Wrexham

Birmingham being competitive

Bristol City potentially also being competitive

Another mad title race (no doubts)

The possibility of another rivalry with Leeds

A comically average Norwich side still fluking results against us

I want to ram that 16 years crap down their throats.

I'm still p1ssed off we didn't take them to the cleaners down here last Dec. And as for that game up there.

How did we not, we were head and shoulders better at PR - they were bricking it.

On that,am I imagining that there was no limit in the 3rd division on players wages or costs/purchases or something but there was in the championship ?
sorry for being vague

I believe so. Regardless of any rules in the Championship, Wrexham will spend an enormous amount on wages next year.

I wonder if they'll be 'sniffing around' Broadhead. He played for them as a nipper, and though I've never seen the show, I think I'm right in saying that they do make something of respecting the Welsh language. (I guess he's a Welsh speaker as he's from Bangor, but I don't know.)

I would think Broady would be one we would definitely hope to be keeping

I genuinely think they think it bothers us, for me it just reminds me how devastating Evans ownership was for us

It truly was a reign of terror that took us behind them

Why would Bristol City be competitive? They’ve only managed 60 points from 40 matches which is just ok.

Wrexham might well have been able to spend big from the National League to L1. But the finances of the championship are totally different. They have some glamour but that doesn’t relate to being able to afford top championship wages.

They'll certainly have a good go but will be a big step up for them

Of the two, I suspect Birmingham will be very competitive

I'd agree on that, this will be the first season for them where it is a real test

They have basically been running on a high League One budget since the National League with a League One squad and manager, stepping up to the Championship is a big jump as Portsmouth as an example have shown

Wrexham will throw money at it and they might be lower to midtable, they have been very used to winning for several seasons now, that momentum may carry them through

We should have played him more this year instead of signing 4 more players in his position if we wanted to really make him feel wanted.
