If only one club wanted him then maybe he leaves for £30m. If six or seven want him, does that push his selling price up in a bidding war?
Worst case scenario is that we have to listen to offers over £30m and the bidding war is in relation to how much they are prepared to pay Delap rather than transfer fee. |

Someone will pay good money for Muric - if we choose to sell. Still relatively young, experienced international, played a lot of games at the top level. I wouldn't be surprised if someone gives us a lot of our money back, it just might not be someone from England. |

Hindsight is a wonderful thing isn’t it? No one knew that Delap was going to rip up the opposition in quite the way he has, even the most optimistic among us, remember he wasn’t going to be our main striker, and wouldn’t have been had Broja been fit enough to sign.
Also, the BBC reported the deal as £10m upfront and with £5m in add ons, which would mean that even if all those have been/will be triggered, we will still make £15m, less the 20% sell on clause. That does contradict the £15m plus add on reported by Phil though.
