Two things. “Handford Homes which is owned by IBC…” applying to, erm, IBC for planning permission. Probably wasn’t going to get turned down, was it?!

Also, with all the advances in graphics software, visuals and AI… the developers in that video managed to create a soulless universe devoid of anything interesting or appealing. Good work, chaps.

just have to remind yourself how many projects in & around Ipswich had planning permission, and nowt happened :)

Tescos supermarket by the waterfront, Mint Quarter, Snoasis, the casino, the multi storey carpark on the bit theyre now building on...

of course it got planning permission, the local councillors will now spend the the rest of this decade telling everything how great they are by investing in local facilities, all the while arguing over who actually pays for the latest white elephant theyve concocted.
