From what I recall of the noises at the time of signing, this was framed as "definitely only a loan, no chance of permanent even if Ipswich stay up, in Brighton's plans for the future".
But he has been good since that brief injury lay-off. |  |

He's in the last year of his deal so will probably not be at Brighton next season, even if they want him to stay...unless he signs a new deal |  |
