Can only imagine we would draw 4-4 with Germany in the final. Even though the officials are clearly biased against us and our goalkeeper breaks his arm and has to be replaced by Sylvester Stallone

Are there that many playing in the football league from Suffolk? Dozzell, Woolfy, Harry and Matt Clarke are the ones that I can think of.
Don't think it would be long until you are at youngsters in our academy or playing in the non-league. Bonne is still probably leading the line for us.
I guess you could look at players with parents/grandparents from Suffolk or have been here long enough under residency rules?
So still no chance of Ed even making the Subs bench ? Oh hang on a second, he's West Yorkshire, isn't he ? And there is still a section of our fan base who would object to him speaking Punjabi:
Yeah, I'll admit it, I really like his latest release.

Tyreece Simpson has just been called up for a World Cup qualifier for St Kitts and Nevis.
Started and picked up an assist last night in a 6-2 loss to T&T. Hadn't actually realised he was from Ipswich, assumed he was from Norfolk given where he was recruited from.
[Edit] Born in Ipswich but later moved across the border to Gorleston, then returned to Suffolk to live in Stowmarket [/Edit]

Bury St Edmunds's Ian Henderson should maybe get a mention. Made his debut for Norwich in 2002, and last season he played 40+ games in the National League, aged 40 for Rochdale, for whom he has now played well over 400 games. He has played well over 700 games of professional football, and Rochdale have renewed his contract for next season. Would add some know-how.

Although not born here, Nick pope apparently represented suffolk at youth level so throw him in the mix! I'd say that qualifies for a suffolk citizenship

He went to West Suffolk college in Bury but think he's from Cambridgeshire (Soham if I'm not mistaken).

All time Suffolk-born XI:
Richard Wright
Richard Hall Titus Bramble Matthew Upson Ian Pearce
Brian Talbot Kieron Dyer Jason Dozzell Ruel Fox
Ian Storey-Moore James Scowcroft
Subs: Gary Bailey Luke Woolfenden Harry Clarke Andre Dozzell Roger Osborne Macauley Bonne Josh Mayhew
Jon Sammels ought to be in the running for a place on the bench. Richard Money was from Lowestoft, so ought to get a mention in this thread if he hasn't already.
