Completely agree. Right age, right profile of talented player with serious potential to play at the highest level. We need to be signing a centre forward now, that we see as being capable of immediately stepping up to the PL, if/when we go straight back up.
I saw that Everton were in for him, but hopefully their £30m signing of Barry yesterday will slow them down - they do have to replace Calvert-Lewin & Broja though. |  | | |

He reminds me so much of Delap.
A tall striker (6'2) who has way above average dribbling ability and is really efficient in front of goal, doesn't waste many chances. Scores all types of goals as well. Like Delap he has a lot to improve on with his hold up play and link up but he is only 20.
I think he has a really high ceiling, and certainly has the physical qualities to step up to the league above, hence why he already has Prem interest. Id be amazed if he wasn't one we had looked at. [Post edited 10 Jul 10:00]

Looks a really good player from the snippets I've seen.
But, would also think it's incredibly unlikely we could bring him here. Parma already have a €10m offer in, Everton have been linked with him - think it would take £15m to take him, cannot see us dropping that sort of money on a player this window. |  | | |
