Usually I listen to rock and indie, but I have to admit I occasionally listen to a bit of Dua Lipa. I first heard her when she did a great set at Glasto last year so if the odd track creeps into my Spotify daily mix, I'll happily give a listen.
Be The One is my fave though. Pure unadulterated pop.

I don't technically believe in "guilty pleasures" as a concept, you like what you like and no need to apologise. Unless maybe we're talking Gary Glitter. But nobody is.
But I will nonetheless submit to the Jury something that might qualify. Baby Metal. Would love to see them live.
I’m in my Mid 30’s and have a fairly eclectic music taste but generally centres around Indie, particularly 2000s indie…
But I’ve found myself listening to a lot of Olivia Rodrigo. There’s some mopey teen love songs which I’m less fond of, but some songs really remind me of 90s girlband pop rock and find myself listening to it far too often for a man of my age.

Alongside all the cringeworthy British stuff I enjoy, I also have a bit of a penchant for German pop/rock music. I'm off to see a couple of bands in Germany this summer, as well as Nena at Hammersmith Apollo in October.
A couple stand out in particular, primarily for their music videos:
"Alles Was Sie Will" by Heinz Rudolf Kunze:
Is it just me, or does this look like a Fast Show-esque p*ss-take of a EuroPop video? Perhaps the back-story of Swiss Toni?

"Wahnsinn" by Wolfgang Petry
Even Germans think that old 'Wolle' is a bit cringe, and this music video is particularly odd. Not a single lyric about the steel-production process, and a video that looks more like the sort of PR guff you might see released by Kim Jong Un.

Being the front man of a late 80s German pop/rock combo is a lot like making love to a beautiful woman . . .
