Aberdeen TownTV match pass 19:31 - Jul 24 with 1902 views

I have received an email with the code for the game tomorrow night but when I follow instructions for redeeming it it says it can’t be process because I have an existing subscription (which is correct). Does anyone know if it will just be free tomorrow for me tomorrow and whether the code is really just for new member subscriptions?

Did you choose Match Passes rather than Subscriptions? I did initially, which caused it to be rejected.

I have a Town TV subscription - it says that you can listen to it live free if you have a subscription - if you want to watch it live you have to pay £4.99
Fair enough - but when I clicked on the Match Pass option
I tried to purchase the 'one-off' ticket through the Link account for payments - but it comes up with this message:

The button to purchase at the bottom says Pay and Subscribe and is faded out so I can't press it anyway?
I've sent them an email - waiting for a reply!

I had the same issue yesterday so i cancelled the subscription in settings and then it worked fine.

I’ll try the cancel subscription route. I had selected subscriptions (not match day pass) already but the problem seemed to be that I couldn’t have two “subscriptions “…..

Same. I renewed whichever day the email went out and have had nothing.

I never received a promo code, even though I renewed my membership at the start of the week (nothing in spam).

I emailed itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk with my details, half expecting they'd have finished for the week. But I got a reply quickly, put the code in and looks setup and ready now.

Yep, it was all very straight forward if you follow the details in the e-mail you rec’d with the code.
