But want I did know and what I never understood people doing was being verbal with your thoughts at games. In the backround we are trying to bring in a new midfielder who could be a big piece of the jigsaw we need this season. Why on earth would you go and boo your own player which in turn could then persuade a player not to join us because a few bad performances and that's your card marked. Appreciate the irony of this post. But hope you see where I'm coming on.

Hopefully we can all draw a line under it, and you will be given a fair crack of the whip as a poster in the new season. Just remember that newspapers didn't used to print League Tables until about eight games in, 40 years ago, because they were considered meaningless before that, and give the team until the end of September to play good football, as we have a really difficult run of fixtures to start. Obviously, if we win our first five games and you still moan, you're on your own and will deserve all you get!

Too many pr1cks that claim to be fans don’t consider the potential consequences of their action : - Hackney doesn’t join us because he reads how our fans treat an out-of-favour player - we make a massive loss on Muric because the club feels compelled to allow him to leave on a free - Jaden never fulfills his potential due to confidence after the constant claims ‘he never wanted to join’ - Hutch leaves, despite the club’s efforts to retain him, due to seeing his teammates being hounded Actions do have consequences, but those fans with Neanderthal tendencies don’t tend to recognise this.

Of course actions have consequences. I’ve now doubt the idiots love that though - I suspect they feel are ‘getting involved’ and feel good about making players life a misery. This club used to have good, patient support. Times change.

In the same way that shop workers view their customers with contempt, I’m pretty sure that a lot of players dislike the average football fan. I’m not sure that a player really cares who boos who - if that was the case, no player will ever sign for a Leeds or Millwall. Years ago, Scrowcroft was often booed and I remember that he and his then teammates used to joke about it. It’s not nice but I’m not sure that most footballers really care about a handful of knuckleheads.

If I put you on ignore it made it hard to read a lot of threads. Since the 1st break youve made a big effort and then I believe you had a break forced or unforced break (not sure as I wasn’t on here that much) but I’ve noticed a real change in your posting style, frequency and everything that has come with it. For what it’s worth from me well done! I don’t want that to sound patronising but I feel like I can have a proper conversation with you now. On to your original point yeah agreed!
