New centre half Medic looks out of his depth. The muscle man in midfield Topic was beggint to come off after 60 mins and the new keeper looks about the same level as Gunn. Add it players like Chrisene and Gibbs and there isn't much depth to their squad. If they lose Nunez and Sargeant they won't have much left.

They are a mid table Championship team. btw, Millwall narrowly missed the play offs and are quite fancied to make top six this year. Birmingham were League One last season.

Are they keeping Sargent? I don’t really look at mid table nothing clubs dealings too much.

is there much difference between a mid-table championship team and a 111 point league one team?

It was all meant a little tongue in cheek not a serious analysis!!! And actually Birmingham a team very much on an upward trajectory and us a team who have forgotten how to win, so yes i still believe our result is bar far the more positive:-) | | | | Login to get fewer ads

1-1 away to Birmingham or losing at home to Milwall on 18:52 - Aug 9 with 128 views | Nthsuffolkblue | To be perfectly fair, we are looking at entirely different objectives this season. We have just been relegated and are aiming for promotion. They were a long way short of the play-offs and are hoping they might get in them and get up but realistically must acknowledge that they are hoping to consolidate and build a foundation to work on in this division. Of course, losing at home to Millwall will have been a disappointment but a better comparison would be with Sheff Utd who are being well beaten at home by Brizzle or Southampton who were held at home by Wrexham until injury time but got a win over the line. Ultimately we would prefer Southampton's result but ours was a good point.
