Every promotion is achievement. Promotion from League One wasn't anything more than that. Promotion from the Championship was over achievement.

We had a succession of managers who couldn't get us out of League 1. McKenna did it in his first full season, largely with the previous manager's players. This was also McKenna's first full season as a manager. I bet you were celebrating it as an achievement at the time.
