A 37 minute interview with MA and KM on TownTV this evening… on 09:00 - Sep 5 by textbackup
I’m the same, I have nothing against him, but I can’t listen to the level of corporate bullsht talk.
To start with I didn’t notice it, then Bloots mentioned it, now I can’t unhear it. When he said recently ‘it’s 1130 and already there are three things I’d do differently if given the chance’ I actually told the screen to fck off as I read it.
Have spoken to him in person, and there was non of that, just seemingly a really decent bloke. But the interviews bring out phrases I just can’t listen to.
Perhaps you should just focus on when we were in no man’s land and he joined and said he’ll sell x amount of season tickets, he’ll get Portman Rd packed out again, he’ll do all the amazing stuff he’s done in the community?

Good interview, good timing.. Touched on the positives around the Club, despite a poor season last year.. Not a hint of MA or KM wallowing in self pity, like a small section of supporters seem to be. Nice words for Morsey , Broady, Chaplin and LW..
MA always comes across as extremely supportive of KM, which is what you want to see. Wouldn't be giving him a £18M youngster to develop, if this wasn't the case.
I was looking for signs of, fatigue or a hint of negativity, but didn't pick up of anything of the sort.. Just genuine positivity for the season/project ahead...

Good to hear from them both for sure. The simple truth is McKenna needs to work his magic quickly and this " new team", HAS to start winning games.... ideally 3- 4 on the bounce after the International break.

"HAS to"?
What do you think will happen if that doesn't happen?
Will McKenna lor Ashton lose their jobs? Will Portman Road become a hotbed of Suffolk-style toxicity? Or will life just go on as it does for every fan of any club that's not performing to initial expectations?
