In fairness to Sitters, he has posted gstk (q) with a bunch of flags before every England international for as long as I can remember.

If he didn't do it this time then it would be far more political, as he would be allowing the racists and knuckle draggers to highjack our flag.

Funny how he posted the very same on Bluearse's deleted thread celebrating xenophobia then isn’t it!!

I just answered your question with the relevant stats that you asked for; you just sent me a Wikipedia page and accused me of defending xenophobia.

But If 52% of a country vote for Brexit, as they are basically told it is a way to lower immigration as clearly a massive undertone of xenophobia in the leave campaign, and then when we actually leave the EU, the net migration per year trebles, do you think this will increase or decrease those with xenophobic views?

Point of information.

It is true that nearly 52% of those who voted, voted for leaving the EU.

Given a turnout of 72.2% and an electorate of 46.5m that's 37.4% of the electorate and further given an estimated UK population in 2016 of 65.6m a mere 26.5% of the country.

Yours in arithmetic pedantry.

I thought "xenophobic cosplay" was quite good. I have even thrown in a GSTK for good measure, so pretty balanced really! Shame that GB lets you get away with it really on the basis of 'mates' or something!

Weren't Xenophobic Cosplay in session for Mark Riley on R6M the other week?

....I failed to give you the customary upvote in decent time.

I've been in Spain, eating full English breakfasts, drinking Stella and wearing Union Jack shorts.

A surprisingly decent performance from Tommy's boys.

Madueke, an absolute delight to watch, what a player. Reminds me of one of our Town strikers years ago, but can’t put my finger on who.

Really?

I can't put my finger on who either, but then I don't think Town have ever had a forward remotely resembling Madueke with his power, speed, athleticism, technical ability, dribbling skills and crossing accuracy all in one player.

What era are you thinking of?

Congratulations on being the only flag sha.....waver to give this an uppie. It helps to emphasise the absence of such from some other vote happy types.

Other reasons for the absence being people actually working during the time their employers are paying them to work; driving long distances; being on holiday; asleep; having no internet access; having no desire to waste their time on whipped up arguments; or any one of hundreds of other possible reasons.

Anyway, fwiw, I reckon Sitters’ was a Schroedingers’ Cat OP, simultaneously belonging in both Football and General categories. Yes it was a continuation of his traditional England football supporting role; but I suspect the mischievous side of him wasn’t displeased that it was also bound to trigger some usual suspects into getting their boxing gloves on given current events and politics

Amirite Sitters?

Why would you think someone saying that a striker who they found "an absolute delight to watch, what a player. Reminds me of one of our Town strikers years ago, but can’t put my finger on who"

Has to match any or all of your 6 exact criteria?

Suspect it was probably Gatesy or Johnno the second, but as I said, can't be sure.
