Yes and no. Yes because Davis feels the tug on his shirt and hits the deck. No, because there’s a tug on his shirt.
I would rather we don’t have those given as pens but they always are. So right decision imo, but the interpretation of the rules always sucks. Our first shout was more deserving. |  |
