No chance. It would be career suicide for Knapper and those at the top of the club. If they sell him in Jan it would be to anyone else other than us, unless they're really, really stupid. I don't think they're THAT stupid.

And there’s no way Norwich would allow it after seeing the fall-out from the Nunez transfer from the fans. |
Anyone would look poor with that rubbish around him. He's one of the best strikers in this division imho and would thrive here. Whether or not he's PL standard remains to be seen but we've got to get there first and I think we would struggle to recruit anyone better | |

he should have been the one we went for in the summer if we're being honest. I'm sure that wont be a popular opinion though.
But he's a proven championship striker who can lead the line, exactly what we needed. |
I was told by someone with decent sources that he did have talks with us in the summer. Wasn't convinced as it would put their meltdown over Nunez in the shade if it happened. But the rumour seems to have legs. |  |
