Team v Charlton on 13:03 - Oct 20 with 921 views | WeWereZombies | Is Matusiwa suspended or just in of a rotational rest ? If the former: Palmer Young O'Shea Greaves Davis Núñez Taylor Cajuste J. Clarke Hirst Azón That's right, four four feckin' two Impact subs on fifty seven minutes and forty five seconds (assuming two minutes additional time played at the end of the first half) Furlong for Young, Humphreys for Cajuste, Philogene for J Clarke, Akpom for Hirst. No later substituitions unless injury dictates (also the case before fifty seven minutes and forty five seconds.) And this is why McKenna is manager and not me, but it would be interesting, wouldn't it ?

Matusiwa is banned. McKenna won't change formation.... EVER. Nunez right wing? Interesting.

Its 5. And a big no on Young! Furlong doing a great job. No point changing things for the sake of it, vital we get 3 pts tomorrow, just get the job done.

Yes, I've put him on the right just to confuse Charlton but in my game plan he can run about wherever he likes, he's Núñez. Young has the legs to cover for him. Also I want the substitutes doing their warm up run for ten minutes before they come on and for Bluey to be running alongside them, although I can't be sure if my mind games are going to affect us or the opposition more...

If there is a silver lining to be taken from Azor's ban, it's not the worst time to come in a home game sandwiched in a three game week.

We need a team that can unpick the low block Charlton are likely to employ, AND stop them breaking downfield (we look like a Joe Royle side at times when teams break on us at PR). If I had to pick an eleven: Palmer Davis, Kipre, O'Shea, Furlong Taylor, Cajuste Philogene, Nunez, J Clarke Hirst I can't see too many changes, given it's been 4 days between games. Also, do we want to continually change around the back 4? Nunez is in at 10 to be able to drop into midfield if we need someone else to ping a few crossfield balls around to stretch their compact defence.

Davis is a much better left back than right back.

How about Young as the more defensive midfireld two? I suspect it will be Taylor but I don’t think he is suited to that role.

Disagree, Furlong has been pretty anonymous since his great debut. I'd probably be changing more than most- save the big guns for WBA- Palmer Young - O Shea - Greaves - Davis Nunez - Taylor McAteer - Szmodics - Philogene Azon

I'd just like to see him at RB. Can't understand why he didn't come on for Furlong when we are chasing a goal at Boro......far more gifted in that area.

Harsh! Most our goals seem to come down Leif's side (weird that). I think he's done pretty well in a shaky defence.
