I dont think you're wrong in questioning Kieran and I've long since been annoyed by the Kieran love-in and the desperation to protect his reputation ... but im sticking with him for now. He's flesh and blood and isn't the Best Young Coach anymore... but I'll stick with him. Hes still a smart, calm boss and i dont hear hes lost the dressing room. But he's not a messiah.... and we dont need one. Just needs to get more out of his expensive squad. Sod top 2... would have taken top six at the start of the season. |  | | |

Top 2 will be gone if we don't put a run together quick.
I'm not saying he should be sacked yet but if we lose again questions have to be asked and KM really needs to come up with something different if that proves to be the case. Constantly swapping players on 65 mins whatever the outcome and lots of team changes is not helping.
Personally I'd give him until Christmas, if no improvement he will have had more than a fair run and a good chance to sort things out. Still hoping he can turn it around. | |

If we lose again then the narrative needs to change along with the expectations so every knows where we are at and where we go from here as a club.
The message cannot be we want to be a sustainable premier league club from next season onward whilst getting beat 3 games in a row in the championship, it is too conflicting and to be honest unrealistic on current viewing.

I'm sorry but it's a results driven business and by and large for well over a year now we are incapable of getting results, to say last season shouldn't come into it is ridiculous, it has to come into it, especially the games, like Brentford, that we threw away through sheer stubbornness and poor game management.
While I am far from convinced with KM I do think a couple of good wins could well see him get back on track, however, as mentioned another defeat tomorrow will be very damaging and the natives, possibly rightly so, will be on his case.
We cannot keep harping back to the promotion seasons, they are long gone, a great memory yes but the here and now is far far different unfortunately and in Football you have to deal in the here and now.
I don't think it's major surgery that could put it right, try to recognise your strongest Eleven and where possible play them !!!
