Don't know how long it's been on the ticket website but you can now forward your season ticket to someone else on your Friends and Family list. You can upgrade if necessary and it gets sent to their registered email address instantly.
I think you can also forward it to your own address too in case you ever get to PR and realise you’ve forgotten your card! (And don’t fancy queuing at the ticket office)

For that I've added my Season Ticket to my Google Wallet which works fine! Might forget my wallet, rarely forget my phone!
Does anybody know if I can take my 12 yr old grandson on an adult ticket in the Upper North without having to change it prior to the game to a child please?

I'm in the same position as you but can't find the forwarding option on the app. Do I need to go into the website?
Don't think you can do it from the app.
If you are on the ticket part of the website then try the following:
1) Hover over where it has your name and supporter number on the right hand side of the screen. 2) When the drop down menu appears select 'Tickets' 3) From the available tickets select the one that you want to forward 4) The 'Forward/Upgrade' option then goes from being greyed out to being able to be selected.
If they want people to use this (which seems like a no brainer for reducing workload for the ticket office) then they should probably advertise it and show people how to use it!)
