Why do they block off the front five or six rows of seats in the lower tier at the away end? Small ground, club who have had financial troubles… why are they not trying to maximize revenue?

I've only worked there once for a Leeds game.
Leeds certainly had the whole stand then.

Makes even less sense to not still have away fans upper and lower.
