Twice he's lurked in absolute acres around the penalty spot waiting for a pull back tonight, and both team mates lazily crossed it towards the six yard box into the first man. Cuts a frustrated figure.

I know he hasn't pulled up trees, but he did for us last time round in this division. His departure still rankles a bit.

He had a great goalbund shot stopped by Kieffer Moore.

It’s surprising how many teams suffer from ‘wecan’tbearsedtocutbackitis’. It seems like such an obvious thing to stop your run to find space when the defence is all running back towards goal, but apparently not. Once you’ve seen it work you look for it all the time and realise how often teams miss opportunities (including us this season).

It's very much a McKenna style feature really, Chappers was so good at dropping intk that penalty spot area and tucking away those chances

In some ways are suffering from the new group not quite appreciating that's the obvious place to be lurking, perhaps McKenna will get that trained into them

The U21's goal the other night was a trademark of that McKenna pull back

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!
Poll: How much for Omari

Had a watch of the second half last night, I think Murphy still thinks he’s playing in yellow and green the way he blanked Chappers for one pullback chance.

Poll: How much did you actually think Mick would spend in January?

My only concern with he return of Burns is that he was so in sync with Chappers, that I wonder if he will be as effective, especially given that we haven't had anyone grab that 10 shirt.

Poll: Should Muric be dropped?
