I'd love it if KMc was asked how the performance against Wrexham, aligns with his comments in the fans forum about wanting to entertain supporters.
Yes Wrexham set up to defend, but they didn't cheat their way through the match like Derby and my guess is the ball in play time was quite high.

The squad/ team is now almost a direct image of the manager. One paced, lacking urgency ( too measured!), zero spontaneity in terms of playing off script. We're VERY rigid in our approach, as is the manager. We have flare players in the squad but they are either sat on the bench or totally shackled in the over coached methodological, slow, no risk build up play. There's rarely a sudden change in pace. It really has becone all too predictable and us bring the ball forward to an opponents 18 yard area is like watching paint dry. Mckenna needs to change his approach. But he wont. |  |
