Yeah they introduced a rule a few years back (after I think Llorente scored for Spurs off his arm) that any goal or assist can't be done with the hand/arm, deliberate or not. Any other handball is just per the current rules (and I think this one wasn't deliberate handball because it bounced off his leg onto his arm). |  | | |
