Sargent has more about his game than Hirst IMO and would suit us to a T , very strong , fast , clever and has a shot on him like our Ted Philips ……..buy buy buy . | | | |

Actually, I think he’s a good player and I’d sign him up if we had the money and they were prepared to sell to us for a realistic price. He is injury prone and looks like Sideshow Bob so £1.5m?

Dunno why people keep suggesting this. Nodge may well sell Sargent in Jan but there’s not a cat in hells chance that they will sell him to us. Their fans would go into meltdown.
There must be a better option out there like an U21 player on loan from a PL team or a Scandinavian in the mould of Kjerrumgaard at Watford who looks like just what we need. |  |
