I’d be sorry to lose SS. He’s one of the few who drive us forward with speed and passion. Humphries and Baggott are going to want regular football which we can't give. They are decent but I'm not convinced at this level

Any replacement will take time to bed in, and we don't have that. I'd keep the nucleus of the squad together and let a couple of the fringe players go and get minimal replacements - one, maybe too so we don't have to bring new players up to speed on our style |
I think we all want a striker but that leaves Azon and Akpom in a sticky spot
I'd sign a 10 as well who better suits our system, I like the look of Rubin Colwill for example
I'd sign a winger too but it again overloads as in the wing positions, we may already be covered if Burns is fit again?

I'd keep SS, at least he tries and can be effective if played correctly. His return wasn't too bad in the PL last season before his injuries kicked in.

I thought it was a season long loan with obligation to buy, but I may be wrong.
Much like the Jayden Sancho fiasco at Chelsea last year, I guess there’s an option to send him back with a bag of cash and admit the mistake. |  |
