Can't stand all this jostling in the penalty area, defenders just looking to grab and block their man. Not quite so bad when the ball hasn't come in yet, but in the O'Shea incident the ball was coming in his direction and the defender threw him out of the way so he couldn't get to it. I don’t understand the logic of the rules on this. Why should it matter whether the ball is in play or not. If a player punched another player while the ball was out of play he’d get sent off. If the ref was able to blow for a foul the moment a shirt gets pulled it would stop | |

the funniest thing about that is, its either a penalty or a dive, if the ref doesnt think its a penalty, than why isnt he booking OShea ?
but then he gave such a weak foul to us almost instantly in that classic oh I might have just got the big decision wrong, here have something to make up for it.

What I find frustrating is stopping the pausing the corner being taken to speak to players. Let the corner be taken and blow up to award a free kick or penalty depending on who fouled who. So frustrating | |
