Portsmouth frustrating, feel for the supporters, same for players and staff at end of a busy run and having travelled down there. Right decision? There was an area of the pitch which was to firm at the time, ref made the decision and we go back again.
Happy with the total of points over Christmas with games so close together, always want even more, but the former and points total has shown a steady progression, but more to come, up to us to keep showing that. How learn from Maidstone etc? Had a mixed bag, fair to say. We've changed teams and can't apologise for that but is a bit more testing. Can only approach games with the right mindset. Had some good cup games as well, but it is one-off, no extra-time and replays, shackles can be thrown off. Can only respect the opponent, go in with the right attitude and that gives you a chance. | | | |

Not huge list of players better than we've got, those that fit into those categories, we're assessing. In terms of what we have now, not huge areas where we need to bring players in desperately. Exits are a part of that, might be another loan over the weekend if we come through Saturday well. Speaking to players who might interest us. Not going to do business for the sake of doing business, but if there are players who can improve us. Try and end up with the right balance.
