This. There is a hog line and as long as the front of the stone has not gone over the furthest part of the hog line this its ok to touch the stone. It hadn't gone over that line. I am sure if there had been an illegal touch it would have been pulled up by officials much like the front foot rule in cricket. |  | |  |
