Whilst those are all fair questions to ask betters, may I just make one correction. Farage has said that he would prefer an insurance based health care system based in a European model rather than that of the USA. European systems such as the Dutch model have safety nets for the low paid and unemployed so that they receive the same service as those who can afford to pay. And the premiums are at a similar level to the taxation and NI payments we make that go to the NHS.
We need to get away from this argument that it is a binary choice between the NHS or the dreadful US system.
Farage also said he supported a Norway style arrangement with the EU until leave actually won the referendum. I'd urge extreme caution in believing anything that comes out of that man's mouth. Look at where a lot of his and his party's support is coming from, it's not much of a stretch to think he'd end up favouring more of a US style model. Especially if it meant wealthy US firms with vested interests chucking some cash his way. That's who he is, he's shown us enough times that people really should believe it at this point.

Not when he has a litany of actions which shows his words are meaningless. The debate should be why is he not under investigation on several fronts, but tha just shows he not like us.

He's also said that manifesto promises are only aspirations so even if he includes a Dutch model in his manifesto it is essentially meaningless.
He knows they would likely only get one term in power. If the NHS is scrapped it will never return. He can do immense damage in five years.
