I would guess Oldham for Div 3 for similar reasons.
In the summer of 2018 after 16 years of dodging promotion or relegation, we could finally lay claim to being the most boring club in the country. For Oldham had finally exited Div 3, going about it the wrong way; a portent for us as we followed suit one year later. Previously we'd each "enjoyed" massive gaps, them to us and us to the next, as clubs that had stubbornly refused to flush or to triumph, in leagues that allow for escape via both routes.
