This fixture is always hard work. But nothing's really changed for this fixture, other than the inconvenience of no trains between here and there. You can still travel independently, or go by train from other starting points.

Such a poorly designed stand, totally insufficient space behind the stand too. They should try burning that one down next time they need an insurance job.

I noted it was a question Ashton didn't answer on the radio despite being asked. Think he got side-tracked with the travel question but would be very dissapointing.

Club retained seats aren't much higher for this fixture than others this season. 235 seats weren't released for member-based sales, 40-or-so of those are retained for the ballot and probably some of them held-back for in-person sales at Planet Blue (maybe more than usual held for in-person sales, given the popularity of the fixture). Far as I can tell, there's nothing controversial this time.

It was conveniently asked at the same time as the travel question. A shame Graeme Mac didn't follow up about it.

….is shocking there isn’t it? Amazing that what is a fairly standard looking and sized stand can have so little room underneath it. Absolutely no room to move under there.

I’m not sure if they would’ve had held any back for this one in PB seeing as they aren’t giving tickets out? May have just been the same process as online buying.

There was a note somewhere to say that PB sales would still be available, but you wouldn't walk away with a ticket there and then, you'd have to pick it up on the day same as everyone else.

Yeah sales still available in PB but seats probably selected the same way as we do it online thus no tickets held back as such.

Mainly block F on the corner, but still a few in the others. About 400 left in total, people always scramble at the start so early numbers never a true reflection.

Yeah, I've never been too sure how in-person sales are handled. If a window's only got a small number of tickets available in it (sells out online in seconds), an in-person purchaser wouldn't have a chance. I've always assumed a few seats are retained to cover that, then released a few mins into the Window if no one has turned up in-person. There were at least 3 seats (in a row, together) that were in an obviously 'retained' block at to begin with this morning, but became available 15mins later. [Post edited 19 Mar 14:59]

They set aside a number per game, the other year I good tactic was to go to PB to get tickets on the lower brackets. QPR for example was ‘sold out’ online but there were still a handful of tickets left in PB.
