Yes. It was not accidental.
It was down to the left from where I sit and saw the whole incident from where he bundled him off the pitch to the cheeky look and stepping on his ankle. He could and was trying to put him out of the game.

Is this how football is going?
We get fùcked over by the PGMOL and now we have to play their game by getting a player banned? If you don't agree with the Leif Davis ban.... why then go down that route? This is going to be a neverending game of " teacher, teacher.... he did a bad thing" where you win a small victory.. and then it comes back tit for tat style. I don't agree with the Leif ban so I don't want Coburn to get banned because it will become more and more ingrained in football
Coburn was a kn0b, but he didn't injure a player and he got booked early doors so he was walking a tightrope. He wouldn't have scored if we had defended better and the quality of the cross( if we'd got close to that quality of the final ball when we were attacking we'd have won easily).
If Coburn gets a retrospective ban I won't lose any sleep, but all this outrage is a bit silly. Furlong has done some really daft things hes got away with... and he gets a bit of respect for shousery. Its works both ways. |  | | |
