Ashton goes then McKenna will go, when he goes we will slowly regress to 11,000 crowds mid table shat, dwindling interest, Grant Leadbetter type signings.
For those of you too young to remember those days let me assure you it isn't pleasant.

There is zero reason that would happen.

Why are you so disrespectful towards McKenna? He's his own man, he can make his own decisions

Why do you see it as such a done deal that the sacking of Ashton will lead to us losing McKenna?

I think it's far more likely that he goes if Ashton stays - I'd be less than happy if my boss' actions resulted in memes of Hitler quotes being attributed to me, and he was allowed to keep his job.

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.

That is some leap. An alternative but equally unlikely scenario is that Ashton is replaced by a CEO who takes the club into the champions league, rebuilds Portman Road and we get crowds of 90,000.

If Ashton goes, Krakatoa will erupt, sending the world into 4 years of wInter, East Anglia will sink into the North Sea, and our Alien overlords will fly in to pick up the pieces.

Don't say I didn't warn you.

How disrespectful to our club and manager to think he's only here because of Ashton

Exactly, and Tony Dinning will become the passing coach.

Ashton did well indexing himself to KM, leveraging all the power and control.

It’s not true though. You only have to listen to both in the last 18 months to see the cracks.

They can both smell only one will survive after last season if we don’t go up.

Farage saying KM would go if we don’t go up, says it all, clearly that’s fine from Ashton over lunch - what a weapon.

KM will be here well after Ashton or until the new person decides at least, they’re nowhere nearly as closely indexed and having met KM just once, I’ll say this, their politics certainly don’t align, and while that hasn’t mattered before, if KM sees that undermining him, his current group, and future potential, he won’t be happy, I can’t imagine they’re close away from work.

Ashton has to go this week, no ifs or buts now .., he and he alone is 100% responsible, KM can and will be judged on the field, that process won’t start until May.
