What makes you truly happy? 13:31 - Mar 31 with 2463 viewsBlacknGoldnBlue

We live in a world where wars are breaking out, dictators trying to start new Empires! A planet that is dying, with famine and floods killing thousands a year. New strains of diseases are waiting for the right conditions to run amok and kill thousands or more. We have politicians fanning the flames of hate and division that is becoming entrenched on our high streets. WE have a football club whose fans are divided at a critical juncture in the season.

Let's try and find some positivity... what makes you truly happy? For me, walking my dogs on a crisp spring morning as the dawn chorus breaks, before the world awakes, and its a moment to realise how wonderful nature is!

Seriously, it's moments of community and a sense of belonging to something bigger, used to get that from football but not right now. Might just have to have a nice fire, glass of red wine, music and time with family on Monday night.

Interesting.

The nuances of the football debate of late has been stimulating, in a good way overall, for me. I feel part of something smaller in the greater football world now: reasonableness, I guess.
