It’s ’oh It’s him again’ noise. Same with threats. If you don't carry them through, they are meaningless along with all future threats. It’s why they should rarely be issued and are really tools of last resort.
The noises coming out from Trump and his mugs is all over the shop. Their words and deeds seem to have no logic beyond petty vengeance and a comic book view of their country and the world. Their ignorance is limitless. The sacked generals must be thinking thank goodness I’m out of the circus.
