| Oh good Trump’s invoking God... 18:22 - Apr 4 with 2068 views | BanksterDebtSlave | Well Monday's going to be fun whatever the result against Brum. "Remember when I gave Iran ten days to MAKE A DEAL or OPEN UP THE HORMUZ STRAIT. Time is running out - 48 hours before all Hell will reign down on them. Glory be to GOD!" Maybe we should protest at the American Embassy or something, let me just run it by Lowers first! [Post edited 4 Apr 18:24]

| Oh good Trump’s invoking God... on 18:51 - Apr 4 with 1488 views | Cheltenham_Blue | It’s starting to feel more and more like a direct appeal to his conservative base. Most of whom like nothing more than blowing up the little guy and being able to declare victory. Can’t help but feel in Dons mad mind, this is all about the mid terms. | |

| And so as the loose-bowelled pigeon of time swoops low over the unsuspecting tourist of destiny, and the flatulent skunk of fate wanders into the air-conditioning system of eternity, I notice it's the end of the show |

Here's hoping... 'The next phase of the US military offensive against Iran is set to utilize nearly the nation’s entire global inventory of stealthy JASSM-ER cruise missiles, necessitating a massive diversion of stockpiles originally allocated to other regions, according to reporting from Bloomberg. An order was issued in late March to pull the $1.5 million precision weapons from Pacific command centers, a source told Bloomberg. To sustain the air campaign, missiles currently stationed within the continental US and other global facilities are being rerouted to the US Central Command (Centcom) bases and RAF Fairford in the UK. The JASSM-ER, or Joint Air-to-Surface Missile-Extended Range, is capable of flying more than 600 miles and was designed to hit targets at a safer distances to avoid an enemy’s air defenses.' ....so this would be Starmer’s only using our bases for defensive purposes!!

Given the religous nature of most of the problems in the middle east, to start shouting "our god is best" is truly absurd and dangerous. It also makes a mockery of the idea that the US is some reasonable rational actor, dealing with extremists. All as bad as each other frankly. But he has been leaning into that stuff for a while.

I wouldn't put it past Trump to ignore a native government's request. Or lie his way out of it if discovered.

There are many religious conservatives in the United States that believe Trump was, “chosen by God”, his survival in the assassination attempt used as evidence. It’s proper four horsemen of the apocalypse level sheet

"It also makes a mockery of the idea that the US is some reasonable rational actor, dealing with extremists." I think that ship sailed before Trump's first term, let alone now.

They’re just a bunch of sad boys with major issues finally being allowed to play with toys, aren’t they? Cosplaying adults with absolutely no idea of any social norms.

| Oh good Trump’s invoking God... on 19:23 - Apr 4 with 1250 views | Nthsuffolkblue | I saw a clip of some woman explaining from a pulpit how Trump is the very image of Christ with his persecution, death and resurrection. The persecution being how he was unfairly pursued for insurrection, his death coming when his ear was shot and his resurrection his survival. If Trump was a Christian he would have said it for it was ... blasphemy. But instead he has a 2 m golden statue of himself. I would suggest he is far more akin to King Nebuchadnezzar than Jesus. The Bible speaks of the spirit of the anti-Christ coming which is generally interpreted as those who presents themselves as Christ whilst behaving in total opposition to Christ and seeking self-worship. Not seen in public for 2 1/2 days at this point. People seem to think he has monthly medications at Walter Reed which is why his hand is bruised so regularly | | | |

It feels bad to think it, but the world will be a safer place when he’s gone. Yes, there are plenty of lunatics in his administration, but they’re all sh*t scared of upsetting him and only him. I’d be surprised if anyone else holds that sort of sway over them and would expect them to unravel pretty quickly if he went.

Well, JD Vance as VP has been as mad as a box of the proverbial frogs. However, I have a hunch that should he have to take the reigns, he would quickly revert to his 2016 anti-Trump stance.

Even if he doesn't, Trump is the only thing holding MAGA together through force of personality. With him gone, it'll splinter. It'd be the same for Reform if Farage ever chucked it in. Look what happened to the Johnson era Tories as soon as the Ham Scarecrow was kicked out of Downing Street. [Post edited 4 Apr 21:02]

I tend to agree. People were bleating that Putin was in his way out four years ago, but the animal is still riding bareback and playing ice hockey. Fit as a butchers dog and so is Trumpmeister. Nothing would surprise me with Trump.
