They were fought for by our relatives going back two centuries and we should be glad of them, whoever the individual, whatever the line of work. |
I’ve just stood up and am clapping. Well said sir!

Paternity leave in this country is appallingly bad - should be four weeks standard.

| Mrs Davis has a baby Sunday on 17:38 - Apr 15 by FrimleyBlue | No one has said he had to. No one has even come close to saying they own him. Not sure why youre throwing that in. All we had was he had a child. Thats it. So again based on other players playing close to a birth its absolutely fine to wonder why he didnt. Of course there could be reasons behind it too. But not something for people to get offended by. No need to advise births arent simple. My sons wasn't and there was a time I didnt think my wife was gonna make it. I dont overly care tbh. I wws following this up more in defence of wally as people again jumping on something they dont like and rather than just ignore it or disagree politely they throw in insults for someone who wasnt even being offensive. Just wish this place could have respectful counter posts. |
It just seems very odd why you can’t understand why Leif would put his partner and newborn first. If you’ve been there yourself then that makes it all the stranger. Can’t we all just be happy for them rather than question his choice and imply he should have played instead?
