Most of us were expecting a draw against Nodge, No one expected Boro to lose to Portsmouth at home, and we expected Millwall to beat WBA.

But i wanted us to be going into boro following a positive win and performance over a poor one and a loss. Hopefully tues was just the fact half the side was fked physically and they just need a bit of a break before sunday.
It does tho put a bit of doubt into our ability to get 3 points in these upcoming midweek fixtures. Where if im reading it right.. we havent won a midweek away fixture following a win on the weekend prior. Edited to weekend from saturday so that it appeases positivity. [Post edited 16 Apr 17:36]

I had us down to lose to Norwich and win against Portsmouth so…
It was just so disappointing after getting the win on Saturday to not turning up on Tuesday and giving us a foot in the PL.
Obviously Sunday is must, must win IMO. |  |

It may be a niche pointless stat in its appearence . But if its something that is a regular accurance then it becomes more than just a coincidence theyre need to be a reason for such a consistent theme.

Considering we have the worst away form of the top 6 clubs, there has to be some reason for it other than teams showing up to be the best version of themselves.

lol, has that raised your sample size to 5 now?
if you're looking for patterns, you can see them everywhere, but if they're a handful, it's not statistically significant and more likely to be just random noise.
the post-season review will look at the macro (why is our away record worse than our home?), our away "form" isn't bad at all, 10 points in the last 5 is 2ppg, significantly higher than any team's whole season away ppg [Post edited 16 Apr 18:10]
